We were interviewed about a collaboration event between a chef from the Czech Republic and Tottori Wagyu beef.

On November 26, 2023, two chefs who had come from Czech to our company for learning how to handle wagyu beef and Japanese cuisine served traditional Czech dishes made with Tottori ingredients at the Yamano Okageya Hawaii branch.


The event was interviewed by The Nihonkai Shimbun newspaper.
